Terms and Conditions for Green South Properties

These Terms and Conditions apply to greensouthproperties.com (the "Site") and to the phone calls and text messages of Green South Properties LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. Giving us your phone number does not by itself sign you up for text messages; texting consent is collected separately as described in section 2.
1. Our Services
We buy houses and mobile homes and offer homes on rent-to-own terms in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. Information on the Site is general information only. Nothing on the Site is an offer to buy or sell any property; any offer we make is made separately and in writing.
2. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
Program name: Green South Properties property texts.
What you will receive: (1) Inquiry texts (non-marketing): messages about your own property inquiry, such as follow-ups, scheduling walkthroughs or appointments, offers on your property, and appointment reminders. (2) Marketing texts, only if you separately opted in to them: occasional messages about properties we have for sale and special offers.
How you sign up: you may opt in to inquiry texts by calling or texting one of our business numbers about a property, or by checking the optional non-marketing text-message box on a form on our Site. Marketing texts are sent only if you also check the separate, optional marketing text-message box; that box is never pre-checked and is not required to submit a form. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or sale.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further messages after that. To start again, reply START.

3. Phone Calls
Calls with us may be recorded so we can keep accurate notes of your property inquiry. You will be told at the start of a call if it may be recorded.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to give us accurate information and not to misuse the Site. We may update the Site and these terms at any time; the date above shows when they last changed.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
